Rawh narrated to us, Ibn Jurayj narrated to us, Khasif informed me, from Sa’id ibn Jubayr, and from ‘Ikrimah, the freed slave of Ibn ‘Abbas, from Ibn ‘Abbas, that he said: "The Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, only forbade the garment of solid silk. As for the garment whose warp is silk, it is not solid silk, so we do not see any harm in it." "And the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, only forbade drinking from a silver vessel."
