Musnad Ahmad 25:1134

Yahya ibn Adam narrated to us, Wuhayb ibn Khalid narrated to us, from Ibn Tawus, from his father, from Ibn Abbas, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Assign the prescribed shares (al-fara'id) to those entitled to them, and whatever remains belongs to the nearest male relative."
