Hadith 25:1175
'Affan narrated to us, Abu 'Awanah narrated to us, Abu Bishr narrated to us, from Sa'id ibn Jubayr, from Ibn 'Abbas: That the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, was asked about the children of the polytheists. He said: "Allah knows best what they would have been doing had He created them."
حدثنا عفان، حدثنا أبو عوانة، حدثنا أبو بشر، عن سعيد بن جبير، عن ابن عباس: أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، سئل عن أولاد المشركين، قال: " الله أعلم بما كانوا عاملين إذ خلقهم " .
