Musnad of Abdullah ibn al-Abbas ibn Abd al-Muttalib (RA), from the Prophet (SAW)
مسند عبد الله بن العباس بن عبد المطلب (1) ، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم
Hadith 25:1187
'Affan narrated to us, Hammad narrated to us, 'Ata' ibn al-Sa'ib informed us, from Sa'id ibn Jubayr, from Ibn 'Abbas, that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "The Black Stone is from Paradise, and it was whiter than snow, until the sins of the polytheists blackened it."
حدثنا عفان، حدثنا حماد، أخبرنا عطاء بن السائب، عن سعيد بن جبير، عن ابن عباس، أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: " الحجر الأسود من الجنة، وكان أشد بياضا من الثلج، حتى سودته خطايا أهل الشرك "
