'Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us, Ma'mar informed us, from Abu Jamra al-Duba'i, who said: I heard Ibn 'Abbas saying: "The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) forbade the *duba'* (gourd), the *naqir* (hollowed-out log), the *muzaffat* (pitch-coated vessel), and the *hantam* (green glazed jar)."
