Musnad Ahmad 25:1228

'Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us, Ma'mar informed us, from Salih ibn Kaysan, from Nafi' ibn Jubayr ibn Mut'im, from Ibn 'Abbas, that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "The guardian has no authority over the previously married woman, and the orphan girl is to be asked for her permission, and her silence is her consent."
