Musnad Ahmad 25:1236

'Abd al-Samad narrated to us, Hammam narrated to us, Qatadah narrated to us, from 'Ikrimah, from Ibn 'Abbas: That he disliked the *nabidh* (fermented drink) of *busr* (unripe dates) alone, and he said: "The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, forbade 'Abd al-Qays from *al-muza'* (a type of fermented drink), so I dislike that it should be *busr* alone."
