'Abd al-Samad and 'Affan narrated to us, they said: Hammam narrated to us, Qatadah narrated to us, from 'Uzrah, from Sa'id ibn Jubayr, from Ibn 'Abbas: That the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to recite in the morning prayer on Friday: "Alif-Lam-Mim. The revelation..." (Surat as-Sajdah) and "Has there not been over Man a period of time..." (Surat al-Insan). 'Affan said: "Alif-Lam-Mim. The revelation."
