Musnad Ahmad 25:1289

Muhammad ibn Ja'far narrated to us, Mu'ammar narrated to us, he said: Ibn Tawus informed us, from his father, from Ibn Abbas: The Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, appointed Dhu al-Hulayfah for the people of Medina, al-Juhfah for the people of Syria, Qarn for the people of Najd, and Yalamlam for the people of Yemen. He said: "They are for them, and for those who come upon them from other than them, from those who intend Hajj and Umrah. Then, whoever is within that, then from where he begins, until that reaches the people of Mecca."
