Musnad Ahmad 25:1307

Muhammad ibn Ja'far and Hajjaj narrated to us, they said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from al-Hakam, from Yahya Abu 'Umar, from Ibn 'Abbas, that he said: "The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, forbade the gourd, the pitch-coated vessel, and the hollowed-out log."
