Musnad Ahmad 25:1309

Muhammad ibn Ja‘far and Bahz narrated to us, they said: Shu‘bah narrated to us, from al-Hakam, from Sa‘id ibn Jubayr, he said: Bahz said: I heard Sa‘id ibn Jubayr, from Ibn ‘Abbas: "That Sa‘b ibn Jaththamah gifted to the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, while he was at Qudayd and in a state of ihram, the hindquarters of a wild donkey. The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, returned it to him, dripping with blood."
