Musnad Ahmad 25:1363

Waki’ narrated to us, from Malik ibn Anas, from Abdullah ibn al-Fadl, from Nafi’ ibn Jubayr, from Ibn Abbas, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "The previously married woman has more right to herself than her guardian, and the virgin is to be asked for permission regarding herself." He said: "And her silence is her consent."
