Musnad Ahmad 25:1371

Yahya narrated to us, from Ibn Jurayj, who said: Amr ibn Dinar narrated to me, that Sa’id ibn Jubayr informed him, that Ibn Abbas informed him, saying: A man who was in the state of ihram approached with the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace. He fell from his mount and it broke his neck, and he died. The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said: "Wash him with water and lotus leaves, and clothe him in his two garments, and do not cover his head, for he will come on the Day of Resurrection reciting the talbiyah."
