Hadith 25:1379
Yahya narrated to us, Malik informed us, he said: Ibn Shihab narrated to me, from Sulayman ibn Yasar, from Ibn Abbas: That a woman from Khath'am said: "O Messenger of Allah, the obligation of Allah regarding Hajj has reached my father while he is a very old man, unable to remain steady upon the mount. Shall I perform Hajj on his behalf?" He said: "Yes."
حدثنا يحيى، أخبرنا مالك، قال: حدثني ابن شهاب، عن سليمان بن يسار، عن ابن عباس: أن امرأة من خثعم قالت: يا رسول الله إن فريضة الله في الحج أدركت أباها شيخا كبيرا، لا يستطيع أن يثبت على الرحل، أفأحج عنه؟ قال: " نعم "
