Musnad Ahmad 25:1414

Zakariya ibn 'Adi narrated to us, 'Ubayd Allah informed us, from 'Abd al-Karim, from Qays ibn Hubtar al-Tamimi, from Ibn 'Abbas, from the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace), that he "forbade the price of wine, the dowry of a prostitute, and the price of a dog." And he said: "If he comes to you seeking the price of a dog, then fill his palms with dust."
