مسند عبد الله بن العباس بن عبد المطلب (1) ، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم
Hadith 25:1433
Yazid narrated to us, Nafi’ informed us, from Ibn Abi Mulaykah, who said: Ibn Abbas wrote to me that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "The oath is upon the defendant. And if people were given [everything] based on their claims, people would claim much wealth and blood."
حدثنا يزيد، أخبرنا نافع، عن ابن أبي مليكة، قال: كتب إلي ابن عباس أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: " اليمين على المدعى عليه، ولو أن الناس أعطوا بدعواهم، لادعى ناس أموالا كثيرة ودماء "
