Hadith 25:1438
Yazid narrated to us, Ibn Abi Dhi'b informed us, from the one who heard Ibn Abbas: "The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to give the woman and the slave from the spoils of war, less than what the army received."
حدثنا يزيد، أخبرنا ابن أبي ذئب، عمن سمع، ابن عباس، " أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم كان يعطي المرأة، والمملوك من المغنم، دون ما يصيب الجيش "
