Musnad Ahmad 25:1449

Yazid narrated to us, Mas'udi informed us, from Muhammad ibn Abd al-Rahman, the freed slave of Banu Talhah, from Kurayb, the freed slave of Ibn Abbas, that Ibn Abbas said: The name of Juwayriyah bint al-Harith was Barrah, so the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, changed her name and named her Juwayriyah. The Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, passed by her while she was in her place of prayer, glorifying Allah and supplicating to Him. He went to attend to his need, then returned to her after the day had advanced. He said: "O Juwayriyah, have you remained in your place?" She said: "I have remained in this place of mine." The Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: "I have spoken four phrases, repeating them three times, which are better than what you have said: 'Glory be to Allah, to the number of His creation; glory be to Allah, to the extent of His own pleasure; glory be to Allah, to the weight of His Throne; and glory be to Allah, to the extent of the ink of His words,' and praise be to Allah likewise."
