Musnad Ahmad 25:1491

Waki’ narrated to us, from Sakin ibn ‘Abd al-‘Aziz, from his father, from Ibn ‘Abbas: That the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, saw al-Fadl ibn ‘Abbas glancing at a woman on the evening of ‘Arafah. The Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, placed his hand like this over the young man’s eyes. He said: "Indeed, this is a day in which whoever guards his sight and his tongue will be forgiven."
