Musnad Ahmad 25:1514

'Abd al-Rahman narrated to us, from Malik, from Zayd ibn Aslam, from Ibn Wa'lah, from Ibn 'Abbas, that a man gifted the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, a waterskin of wine. He said: "Indeed, wine has been prohibited." Then he called a man and whispered to him. He [the man] said: "What did you command him?" He said: "I commanded him to sell it." He said: "Indeed, the One who prohibited drinking it has prohibited selling it." He said: So it was poured out.
