Musnad Ahmad 25:159

Yahya narrated to us, he said: Sufyan dictated it to me, to Shu'bah, he said: I heard 'Amr ibn Murrah, 'Abdullah ibn al-Harith al-Mu'allim narrated to me, Taliq ibn Qays al-Hanafi, the brother of Abu Salih, narrated to me, from Ibn 'Abbas: That the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, used to supplicate: "My Lord, help me and do not help against me, and grant me victory and do not grant victory against me, and plan for me and do not plan against me, and guide me and facilitate guidance for me, and grant me victory over those who transgress against me. My Lord, make me grateful to You, mindful of You, fearful of You, obedient to You, humble before You, turning to You, repentant to You. My Lord, accept my repentance, wash away my sin, answer my supplication, establish my proof, guide my heart, straighten my tongue, and draw out the malice from my heart."
