Musnad Ahmad 25:1595

'Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us, Ma'mar and 'Abd al-A'la informed us, from Ma'mar, from al-Zuhri, from 'Ubayd Allah ibn 'Abd Allah ibn 'Utbah, from Ibn 'Abbas, who said: "I came to the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, during the Farewell Pilgrimage—or he said: on the Day of the Conquest—while he was praying. I and al-Fadl were riding together on a female donkey. We cut through the row, dismounted from it, and then entered the row, and the donkey passed in front of them; it did not invalidate their prayer." And 'Abd al-A'la said: "I was riding behind al-Fadl on a female donkey, and we came while the Prophet of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, was leading the people in prayer at Mina."
