Musnad Ahmad 25:198

Ibn Numayr narrated to us, Fudayl—meaning Ibn Ghazwan—narrated to us, from ‘Ikrimah, from Ibn ‘Abbas, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said during the Farewell Pilgrimage: "O people, what day is this?" They said: "This is a sacred day." He said: "What land is this?" They said: "A sacred land." He said: "And what month is this?" They said: "A sacred month." He said: "Indeed, your wealth, your blood, and your honor are sacred to you, like the sanctity of this day of yours, in this land of yours, in this month of yours." Then he repeated it several times. Then he raised his head toward the sky and said: "O Allah, have I conveyed?" several times. Ibn ‘Abbas said: By Allah, it was indeed a testament to his Lord, the Almighty and Majestic. Then he said: "Beware, let the witness convey to the absent. Do not return after me as disbelievers, striking the necks of one another."
