Musnad Ahmad 25:201

Waki’ narrated to us, Sufyan narrated to us, from Hisham ibn Ishaq ibn ‘Abdullah ibn Kinanah, from his father, from Ibn ‘Abbas: "The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) went out in a state of humility, supplication, submissiveness, wearing simple clothes, and acting with ease. He prayed two rak'ahs with the people as he would pray in the Eid [prayer], and he did not deliver a sermon like this sermon of yours."
