Musnad Ahmad 25:204

Ya'la narrated to us, Muhammad ibn Ishaq narrated to us, from al-Zuhri, from Ubayd Allah ibn Abd Allah ibn Utbah, from Ibn Abbas, who said: "The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, used to present the Book to Gabriel, peace be upon him, every Ramadan. When the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, would wake up from the night in which he presented what he presented, he would wake up more generous than the sent wind; he would not be asked for anything except that he gave it. When it was the month in which he passed away, he presented it to him twice."
