Musnad Ahmad 25:291

Yazid narrated to us, Jarir ibn Hazim informed us, from Ya'la ibn Hakim, from Ikrimah, from Ibn Abbas: That the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said to Ma'iz ibn Malik when he came to him and confessed to him regarding adultery: "Perhaps you kissed or touched?" He said: "No." He said: "Did you have intercourse with her?" He said: "Yes." So he ordered him, and he was stoned.
