Musnad of Abdullah ibn al-Abbas ibn Abd al-Muttalib (RA), from the Prophet (SAW)

مسند عبد الله بن العباس بن عبد المطلب (1) ، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم

Hadith 25:30

'Abd al-'Aziz ibn 'Abd al-Samad narrated to us, from Mansur, from Salim ibn Abi al-Ja'd al-Ghatafani, from Kurayb, from Ibn 'Abbas, that the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) said: "If one of them, when he comes to his wife, says: 'In the name of Allah, O Allah, keep Satan away from me, and keep Satan away from what You have provided for us,' then if a child is decreed between them in that, that child will never be harmed by Satan."

حدثنا عبد العزيز بن عبد الصمد، عن منصور ، عن سالم بن أبي الجعد الغطفاني، عن كريب، عن ابن عباس، أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: " لو أن أحدهم إذا أتى أهله قال: بسم الله، اللهم جنبني الشيطان، وجنب الشيطان ما رزقتنا، فإن قدر بينهما في ذلك ولد لم يضر ذلك الولد الشيطان أبدا "
