Musnad Ahmad 25:309

Muhammad ibn Ja‘far narrated to us, Shu‘bah narrated to us, from Simak ibn Harb, from Sa‘id ibn Jubayr, from Ibn ‘Abbas, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "A man will enter upon you who looks with the eye of a devil, or with the eyes of a devil." He said: Then a blue-eyed man entered. He said: "O Muhammad, why did you insult me—or revile me, or something similar?" He said: And he began to swear oaths. He said: Then this verse was revealed regarding the disputation: {And they swear to lies while they know} [Al-Mujadilah: 14], and the other verse.
