'Ali ibn 'Asim narrated to us, Al-Hadhdha' informed us, from Barakah Abu al-Walid, Ibn 'Abbas informed us, he said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was sitting in the mosque, facing the Black Stone. He said: Then he looked at the sky and laughed. Then he said: "May Allah curse the Jews; the fats were forbidden to them, so they sold them and consumed their prices. And indeed, when Allah, the Almighty and Majestic, forbids a people from consuming something, He forbids them its price."
