Musnad Ahmad 25:384

Ali ibn 'Asim narrated to us, Abu al-Mu'alla al-'Attar informed us, al-Hasan al-'Arani narrated to us, he said: It was mentioned in the presence of Ibn 'Abbas that a dog, a donkey, and a woman interrupt the prayer. He said: "How evil is that which you have equated a Muslim woman with—a dog and a donkey! I have seen myself arriving on a donkey while the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was leading the people in prayer. When I was near him, facing him, I dismounted from it, left it, and entered into the prayer with the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), and the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) did not repeat his prayer, nor did he forbid me from what I had done." "And the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was leading the people in prayer, and a young girl came, passing through the rows until she sought refuge with the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), and the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) did not repeat his prayer, nor did he forbid her from what she had done." "And the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was praying in a mosque, and a young goat came out from one of the chambers of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and went to pass in front of him, so the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) prevented it." Ibn 'Abbas said: "Why then do you not say that a young goat interrupts the prayer?"
