Hadith 25:386
Zayd ibn al-Hubab narrated to us, Sayf informed us, Qays ibn Sa’d al-Makki informed me, from ‘Amr ibn Dinar, from Ibn ‘Abbas: "That the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, judged by a witness and an oath."
حدثنا زيد بن الحباب، أخبرنا سيف، أخبرني قيس بن سعد المكي، عن عمرو بن دينار، عن ابن عباس: " أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قضى بشاهد ويمين "
