Musnad Ahmad 25:405

Muhammad ibn Ja‘far narrated to us, Hisham narrated to us, from ‘Ikrimah, from Ibn ‘Abbas, who said: "The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) was cupped; he had a cupping performed on his head while he was in a state of Ihram."
