Husayn ibn al-Hasan al-Ashqar narrated to us, Abu Kudaynah narrated to us, from ‘Ata’, from Abu al-Duha, from Ibn ‘Abbas, who said: A Jew passed by the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, while he was sitting. He said: "How do you say, O Abu al-Qasim, on the day when Allah will place the heaven upon this—and he gestured with his index finger—and the earth upon this, and the water upon this, and the mountains upon this, and the rest of the creation upon this?" He was gesturing with his fingers for all of that. He said: So Allah, the Mighty and Majestic, revealed: {And they did not appraise Allah with true appraisal} [Al-An'am: 91].
