'Affan narrated to us, Wuhayb narrated to us, 'Abdullah ibn Tawus narrated to us, from his father, from Ibn 'Abbas: "The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) appointed Dhu al-Hulayfah for the people of Medina, al-Juhfah for the people of al-Sham, Qarn al-Manazil for the people of Najd, and Yalamlam for the people of Yemen. They are for them, and for everyone who comes upon them from other than them, from those who intend Hajj and 'Umrah. As for whoever is within that, then [they enter into Ihram] from where they begin, even the people of Mecca from Mecca."
