2332 - Uthman narrated to us, Jarir narrated to us, from Husayn ibn Abd al-Rahman, from Ikrimah, from Ibn Abbas, who said: "The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, did not establish anything except that I knew it, except for three things: I do not know whether he used to recite [al-Quran] in the Dhuhr and Asr [prayers] or not? And I do not know how he used to recite: 'wa qad balaghtu min al-kibari 'utiyya' (and I have reached the extreme of old age) or 'asiyya'? Husayn said: "And I forgot the third one." Abdullah said: "I heard all of them from Uthman ibn Muhammad."
