Ishaq ibn Isa narrated to us, Jarir narrated to us, from Yala ibn Hakim, from Ikrimah, from Ibn Abbas: That when Ma’iz ibn Malik came to the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, he said: "Perhaps you kissed, or touched, or looked?" He said: "No." The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said: "Did you have intercourse with her?" He did not use a metaphor. He said: "Yes." He said: Thereupon, he ordered that he be stoned.
