Musnad Ahmad 25:60

Sufyan narrated to us, from Ziyad ibn Sa'd, from Abdullah ibn al-Fadl, from Nafi' ibn Jubayr, from Ibn Abbas, attributing it to the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace: "The previously married woman has more right to herself than her guardian, and the virgin, her father seeks her permission regarding herself, and her permission is her silence."
