Mu'awiyah ibn 'Amr narrated to us, he said: Za'idah narrated to us, from Mansur, from Abu Hashim, from Yahya ibn 'Abbad, or from Abu Hashim, from Hajjaj—Mansur was uncertain—from Sa'id ibn Jubayr, from Ibn 'Abbas, who said: "When the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, 'Allah hears those who praise Him' (Sami' Allahu liman hamidah), he would say: 'O Allah, our Lord, to You is the praise, filling the heavens and filling the earth, and filling whatever You will of anything after that.'" He said: And Mansur said, and 'Awn narrated to me, from his brother 'Ubaydullah, the same [hadith].
