Hadith 25:667
Bahz narrated to us, Shu'bah narrated to us, he said: 'Amr ibn Dinar informed me, he said: I heard Jabir ibn Zayd informing that he heard 'Abdullah ibn 'Abbas, that he heard the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, delivering a sermon at 'Arafat: "Whoever does not find two sandals, let him wear two leather socks (khuffayn), and whoever does not find an izar (waist-wrapper), let him wear trousers (sarawil)."
حدثنا بهز، حدثنا شعبة، قال: أخبرني عمرو بن دينار، قال: سمعت جابر بن زيد، يخبر أنه سمع عبد الله بن عباس، أنه سمع رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يخطب بعرفات: " من لم يجد نعلين، فليلبس خفين، ومن لم يجد إزارا، فليلبس سراويل "
