'Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us, al-Thawri informed us, from Simak ibn Harb, from 'Ikrimah, from Ibn 'Abbas, that a woman from the wives of the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, bathed from janabah (major ritual impurity). The Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, came to perform wudu (ablution) from her leftover water. She said: "I have bathed from it." He said: "Indeed, nothing makes water impure."
