Musnad Ahmad 25:710

Muhammad ibn Ja'far narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, he said: I heard 'Ali ibn Zayd, he said: I heard 'Umar ibn Harmalah, he said: I heard Ibn 'Abbas saying: My maternal aunt, Umm Hufayd, gifted the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) some ghee, milk, and dabb lizards. As for the dabb lizards, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) spat upon them. Khalid ibn al-Walid said to him: "Do you find them repulsive, O Messenger of Allah?" He said: "Yes," or "Indeed." The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) took the milk and drank from it. Then he said to Ibn 'Abbas, who was on his right: "As for this drink, it is yours, but do you permit me to give it to your uncle?" Ibn 'Abbas said: I said: "No, by Allah, I would not prefer anyone over your leftovers." He said: So I took it and drank, then I gave it to him. Then the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "I do not know of any drink that suffices for food other than milk. So whoever among you drinks it, let him say: 'O Allah, bless it for us and increase us in it.' And whoever eats food, let him say: 'O Allah, bless it for us and feed us with something better than it.'"
