Musnad Ahmad 25:734

Muhammad ibn Ja‘far narrated to us, Shu‘bah narrated to us, from Ayyub, from ‘Ata’, that he bore witness against Ibn ‘Abbas, and Ibn ‘Abbas bore witness against the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace): "That he prayed on the day of Eid, then he delivered a sermon, then he went to the women and commanded them to give charity, so they began casting [their jewelry/offerings]."
