Hadith 25:816
Hassan narrated to us, Abu 'Awanah al-Waddah narrated to us, from 'Abd al-A'la al-Tha'labi, from Sa'id ibn Jubayr, from Ibn 'Abbas, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Beware of narrating from me except what you know, for whoever lies about me intentionally, let him take his seat in the Fire."
حدثنا حسن، حدثنا أبو عوانة الوضاح، عن عبد الأعلى الثعلبي، عن سعيد بن جبير، عن ابن عباس، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: " اتقوا الحديث عني إلا ما علمتم، فإنه من كذب علي متعمدا، فليتبوأ مقعده من النار "
