Musnad Ahmad 25:829

Hassan ibn Musa narrated to us, Hammad ibn Salamah narrated to us, from Abdullah ibn Uthman ibn Khuthaym, from Abu al-Tufayl, from Ibn Abbas, that the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) and his companions performed Umrah from Ji'ranah. They performed Raml (brisk walking) around the House (the Kaaba) for three [circuits], and they walked for four.
