Musnad Ahmad 25:850

Ishaq ibn Isa narrated to us, he said: Malik informed us, from Abu al-Zubayr, from Tawus, from Ibn Abbas, that the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) used to teach them this supplication just as he used to teach them a Surah from the Qur'an. He would say: "O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the punishment of Hell, and I seek refuge in You from the punishment of the grave, and I seek refuge in You from the trial of the False Messiah (al-Masih al-Dajjal), and I seek refuge in You from the trial of life and death."
