Hadith 25:867
Khalaf ibn al-Walid narrated to us, he said: Isra'il narrated to us, from Abu Ishaq, from Sa'id ibn Jubayr, from Ibn Abbas, he said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, used to perform Witr with three [rak'ahs]... and he mentioned the like of it.
حدثنا خلف بن الوليد، قال: حدثنا إسرائيل، عن أبي إسحاق، عن سعيد بن جبير، عن ابن عباس، قال: كان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يوتر بثلاث. . . فذكر مثله
