مسند عبد الله بن العباس بن عبد المطلب (1) ، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم

Hadith 25:876

Rawh narrated to us, Shu'bah narrated to us, he said: I heard Sulayman, from Mujahid, that the people were circumambulating the House, and Ibn Abbas was sitting with a curved staff in his hand. He said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "O you who have believed, fear Allah as He should be feared and do not die except as Muslims [Al-Imran: 102]. And if a drop of Zaqqum (bitter tree of Hell) were to drip, it would have spoiled the livelihood of the people of the earth. So how would it be for those who have no food except Zaqqum?"

حدثنا روح، حدثنا شعبة، قال: سمعت سليمان، عن مجاهد، أن الناس كانوا يطوفون بالبيت، وابن عباس، جالس معه محجن، فقال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: " {يا أيها الذين آمنوا اتقوا الله حق تقاته ولا تموتن إلا وأنتم مسلمون} [آل عمران: 102] ، ولو أن قطرة من الزقوم قطرت، لأمرت على أهل الأرض عيشهم، فكيف من ليس لهم طعام إلا الزقوم "
