Musnad Ahmad 25:920

Musa ibn Dawud narrated to us, he said: Ibrahim ibn Sa'd narrated to us, from his father, from Ibn Abbas, from the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace: "Whoever is killed while defending his right (which is being taken) unjustly, he is a martyr."
