Husayn narrated to us, Abu Uways narrated to us, Kathir ibn Abdullah ibn Amr ibn Awf al-Muzani narrated to us, from his father, from his grandfather, that the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) granted Bilal ibn al-Harith al-Muzani the mines of al-Qabaliyyah: its highlands and its lowlands, and whatever is suitable for cultivation in Quds, and he did not give him the right of a Muslim. The Prophet (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) wrote for him: "In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. This is what Muhammad, the Messenger of Allah, has given to Bilal ibn al-Harith al-Muzani: He has given him the mines of al-Qabaliyyah, its highlands and its lowlands, and whatever is suitable for cultivation in Quds, and he did not give him the right of a Muslim."
