Musnad Ahmad 25:93

Sufyan narrated to us, from ‘Amr, from Awsajah, from Ibn ‘Abbas: "A man died during the time of the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, and he did not leave behind any heir except a slave whom he had emancipated, so he gave him his inheritance."
